  2. Assign comments + have "Assigned-to-me" & "My mentions" areas on the side panel

    The one thing I wish chat platforms had is the ability to assign Users to a comment/thread/what-have-you. And would be amazing to easily see all your @mentions and assigned-to-me comments in 1 place on the side panel. suggestion 🤗

  3. Canned responses for individual users

    Giving users the ability to create their own canned responses. Currently the only way to create canned responses is to create a livechat department, and add canned responses to that department. If the user is a part of that department, they can use canned responses inside and outside of livechat conversations. Giving users the ability to create canned responses outside of livechat and departments will give users more freedom and capabilities that are not tied to other features or solutions like livechat.

  6. Loom integration

    We are building a direct integration for Loom screen recording software. This integration with allow you to connect your Loom account to your ChatHQ and quickly and easily record and share loom videos directly to channels. We are also integrating this functionality with a Livechat for easy screen recording when a inside a livechat session.

  7. Twilio Video and Voice Conferencing

    This would give ChatHQ users the ability to create and join video and voice conferencing sessions inside of ChatHQ channels. Users would get unlimited 1-1 voice and video conferencing for free as long as they connect their own Twilio account.

  10. Follow-up reminder

    I'm using ChatHQ for support. There are times I need a day or so to find the correct answer for my customer. I would like the ability to add a simple reminder that my customer is waiting for a reply from me to resolve an issue. Some sort of notification is needed for this.
